Cedar Ledge Builders specializes in designing and building new custom homes. Building custom homes is a process that takes a skilled team. The CLB team have over thirty years of combined experience in construction, design, and site management. We have an eye for details, and are dedicated to listening to our customers.

Our process starts with an initial meeting with our in-house designer. We listen to your vision of your new home, as well as what has worked well for you in the past. From there, our designer takes your “wish list” and creates an initial sketch and 3D model. Our process then takes us deep into the details that make your dream home a reality, bringing into discussion our trusted subcontractors to review your electrical, plumbing and heating needs.

Once the details have been flushed out and all the research has been completed, the final design and budget is created. We then hand off the project to our project managers, skilled carpenters and our sub-contractors. Throughout the construction of your home, Cedar Ledge Builders is in constant communication.
